" The only bright spot in our truck breakdown experience was ending up at Valley Ford late last Friday afternoon.. Your staff pulled our camper to a secure locked area for the weekend and Tony gave us his phone number in case we needed to go into it Saturday night or Sunday. We were treated like family, with no pressure to buy, with courtesy and helpfulness throughout the experience. Unfortunately the repair to our truck was major and we ended up purchasing a replacment 2007 F-150.
