" I never felt any pressure to buy the car. I felt I could walk away at any time. But your sales and finance team bent over backwards to get me the deal at the payment I could afford. I could not have been more pleased with the deal."

"No appointment needed. We are from MO and while on vacation in WA wanted a certified Ford dealer to change the oil. That way it's done correctly. Thanks. Good job."

" We are writing to commend the service team for going out of their way to make our visit to your dealership enjoyable in spite of our vehicle breakdown. The accommodation, professional and technical expertise, and genuine concern were evident and appreciated. You pick your employees well and surround yourself with the best, because the handling of our unfortunate breakdown actually turned into a memorable experience. Thank you all."
